We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Marbella during our recent trip to Mexico City. The hotel is in a great location, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay—but what really made our experience special was the service. A huge thank you to Belinda, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. Whether it was helping us navigate small issues or making sure we had everything we needed, she was always one step ahead and truly made a difference in our trip. Thanks to Belinda and the team, our time in Mexico City was smooth and memorable. Highly recommend staying here!
Spent one night at the hotel while on a long layover in Mexico City. The staff was always very attentive, room was clean, and though there was road noise, that was to be expected and ear plugs and eye mask were provided. Did not dine at the restaurant, but food options looked good. Shower water pressure was great and water was hot enough for my needs. Only things I would change would have been to have a wash cloth provided (I didn’t ask for one though). Weather was cool rough so I didn’t need the AC, but I did see a control unit for one.
Great Hotel rooms are nice. Staff is ok. They just don't have the rooms at 3pm as stated. But overall I will stay here again in the future!
Well located in Roma Norte with the Metro and Metrobus Hopital General directly opposite. Lots of small supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within a short distance. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar. Clean and friendly hotel. Lovely breakfasts. The room was much larger than expected.
Great neighborhood location close to lots of vegan restaurants and coffeeshops, just what we were looking for. Very safe and lovely area. Lots of green spaces nearby and people very friendly. Lovely small city feel in one of the world's largest metropolitan area.
Our stay at Hotel Marbella was excellent from start to finish. We received a warm and professional welcome, and our luggage was promptly taken to the room, which made our arrival very comfortable. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels replaced regularly, something we truly appreciated. The staff were extremely kind and helpful at all times. The hotel offers great value for money, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds that ensured a restful sleep. Hot water was always available, no matter the time. The bar deserves a special mention for its great atmosphere and delicious drinks. The location is ideal: far enough from the noisy city center to enjoy peace and quiet, yet close enough for easy transportation and access. Without a doubt, this was the best choice we could have made. Thank you very much for this experience.
